Cause last time i went there, i cant find any store which sell the Phantom Manor's goods, and i will go there again this Christmas and i dont wanna miss it this time

We all know the mansion is like the TARDIS, much bigger on the inside than the outside, and that the ride doesn't really match the facade. But has anybody tried to make an actual layout of the place, as if it were a real house? I'm still a long way off from building our "mansion", and working on a floor plan that somewhat fits.

WDW HM Entrance

Does anyone know if the WDW HM always had (from 1971 until now) the 4 entrance pillars and the metal work/signs between them
designating the entrance and exit:
1-outside left
2- inside left (has gate plaque)
These two combine together to make the entrance.
3- inside right (has gate plaque)
4- outside right
These two combine together to create the exit.

Does anyone happen to have any pictures of the entrance from the 70's?

Can anyone confirm or deny if the post-rehab foyer music the WDW mansion is the same or not? I have been going to the mansion for years, before and after and even watched videos on youtube, and to me, thefoyer music sounds the same..but some people on youtube keep saying that it is different. Two years ago, a friend gave me a statue of Ezra the hitchhiking ghost. It has a light-up base with blue l.e.d.'s.
There's no box, and it's a bit scuffed. One person was selling a similar "Gus" unopened for $400.

So, what do you think?
Oh, by the way, it weighs about 40 pounds and is 3 feet tall.
