Nah, There's room on the top to build the other 2 mansions and one or two shelves more I can use. My dream is to rebuild it on a table where I can move sections to access every part of it.

Here's some more updates:
I've postered the walls. I love adding all these tiny details. Even if they are hidden from view. The posters are from my favorite spooky images. There are a few HM references, the gatekeeper's hut has the "Tomb sweet Tomb".

I did some fiddly bits and finished off 3 buildings. They got railings, support beams, windows and shingles. The witch got a "crappy" paint job. It started when some of the unmixed paint got on the railing. It gave me the idea, since I had a bird perched on the top.

The black thing is the witches cauldron from the movie and I'm thinking of making the tape body...

This is what I managed to accomplish this weekend. The torches and the witch-building belong on the other side. I'll probably rearrange the buildings several times as I build more. I have 4 more detailed buildings to make, a couple of background ones, and I may make a paper silhouette skyline. Then I will either make characters, or the graveyard hill.

I really only have time to work on this on weekends. I actually accomplished a lot this time. This side is "mostly" done. I still need to put the railing on the Witch house, make a few lanterns and torches, and make one more building.

I haven't touched the smaller right side yet (With the big faced building). Here's my dilemma; I've got some buildings and stuff still in Canada. Do I finish this side now, or wait until I return to Canada for a visit. If I...

Thanks, I'm glad you like them. My intention is to make all the Halloween characters from the movie that I don't have the toy for. You'd be surprised by how many characters are lurking in the background.
I have the original Jun Planning figures and all the newer Gashpon/Yujin figures. I don't have the $25 000 Halloween town Jun Planning is selling though. But It is not accurate anyway. I wish Necca made their toys small enough for me to use.

Here's my Halloween Town in various stages. Like Disneyland, "It will never be finished".

It's mostly made from foam board and paper.
I used Crayola Model Magic to make the people.
So far I have made the Harlequin Demon, Undersea Gal, Igor, 2 Witches, (1 of) 3 Mr. Hydes,
Devil, Melting Man, and Oogie.
I also made some toys like the possessed dolls, jack-in-the-boxes, evil duck and presents.
