Yes, the material is copyright by Disney. In fact, considering that it gives breakdowns of the animatronic figures, it could be said to contain their intellectual property, and is thus covered in more areas than simply copyright. I'm surprised that Disney didn't stop the auction and prevent the sale--they have that right and have exercised it before.
