You can order any Walt Disney World merchandise at that number, but it's much easier if you know the SKU (the item code number that is recorded by the scanners). It appears on the item's price tag or stickers.

However, I have called without any SKU numbers and the operators have been very helpful in locating items (always successfully).

wpt1031: if you really like that poster, then you should try to obtain one of two particular editions. The first is a limited edition giclee (250), framed, and signed by the original artist, Marc Davis. It came out (I think) for the WDAC convention in 1999 or 2000 in Orlando. Can't recall the original price--about $395 I think. At the same event, another version of the poster (an offset litho) was sold, rolled. Nice, and inexpensive. Many people had them signed by Marc Davis at the event. These are easier to find on the secondary market.
