I would still have the original, it wouldnt lower its value in any way, simply sharing scans of some of the pages. We cant be greedy in life, its called sharing. I have tons of artwork and concept art that I have recent acquired and I am glad to share it with anyone who asks, I know the feeling of liking something and having someone who has nothing to lose by sharing, not doing so simply out of greed ..or to feel important knowing they have something others dont. When we all share out of the kindnesss of our hearts with others, its good karma.

Of course this person is under no obligation to share with anyone and they have every right to do whatever they choose with the purchase, wether they paid $3,000 or $3....however, by sharing scans with others, at least the HBG, it in no way diminishes the value of the original and they are making others happy, and acting in a unselfish manner.

You can own the original Mona Lisa, and 10,000 other people can have prints of it and the original would still be priceless.

Now I agree that it is not ony illegal but wrong if he made scans and tried to sell them, even to get his $3000 back...but to post some of the pages here in this forum so that we fans can also appreciate and enjoy them is self-less and something most of us would gladly do for one another. I know I would.
