The version limited to 999 copies and a silkscreened face had 13 tracks and a signed insert (X Atencio and Buddy Baker.) Those sold out the day of the event. However, for the rest of the year (and some of the next, if I remember correctly) Disneyland sold the same disc without the 13th track, signed insert or silkscreened face with the same limited edition cover/insert. There's no known number of how many were sold, but it was limited by the fact that they were only going to sell the disc with the 30th anniversary cover art for a specified time frame (probably "until we run out of everything we printed.")

Since it was a popular disc and easy to reproduce on their audio-on-demand system, they went ahead and kept selling the 12-track version with new cover art after that. They also released it at Walt Disney World. But the "limited edition" insert was no longer part of the product.

I'd say that the 12 track limited edition is actually collectible; the insert art is much nicer than what followed, and it's still a legit piece of HM 30th memorabilia, even if it was sold for quite a while.
