I loved his work in Kung Fu when I was a kid, but I believe his best role was his work in Kill Bill Volume 2: "Clark Kent is Superman's critique on the whole human race."

Sadly, David Carradine was found dead in a hotel in Bangkok, Thailand. No word yet on how or why.

David Carradine (1936-2009)
http://www.david-carradine.com/ This is The Official David Carradine website, if one should be inclined. One of my most favorite series of all time is "Kung Fu". And Mr. Carradine was one of my most favorite actors as well. So was his father. I had hoped to formally meet him and his father, before their or my final departure. I have a hard time believing that he killed himself. Which so far, has not been proven. It is only a hypothesis. To begin with he was in Bangkok, Thailand while on location for a film. Why would he find it so important to take his life, when he was working on a project? That to me is nonsenseical. Not that I am stating it is impossible. Of course not. I just simply doubt the validity of the above thinking by the local law enforcement officials. I will not be convinced of such, unless I see real evidence, that does not extend beyond reasonable doubt. I would like to know if there are cameras in the hotel where he was staying? Who did see him on the day of his death? Not to mention the day before. I would like to know what state of mind he appeared to have when he was last seen, and also when he had last taken part in any filming. Who all exactly had access to his room? Was he using drugs? Alcohol? Did he have any enemies of any kind in Thailand? Elsewhere? What kind of training do the Thai police have in handling and investigating a questionable death? Etc. |

"The Carradine family's forensic pathologist, Dr. Michael Baden of New York, has concluded that "Kung Fu" actor David Carradine
did not commit suicide."
The above excerpt coming from the source below: http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/thedishrag/2009/06/autopsy-report-david-carradine-didnt-kill-himself-more-info-needed.html I had major doubts that he had committed suicide, based upon what I know to be factual and common sense. There fore, the coroners conclusion simply confirms what my thoughts were all along. I must say though, it is looking more and more like an accident. What bothers me though, is if his hands were really tied together, and above his head, how did he accomplish that? I have read of true stories of people knowing how to do this, however, I would imagine it is not an easy feat. How nimble was this 72 year young man? I have seen the alleged death picture of the actor in a Thai magazine. Is it really David Carradine? It appears that it maybe. However, no matter how I worked that image, I could not see his face at all. So therefore, I continue to have my doubts as to whether or not that photograph is actually of him, instead of it being a hoax and I believe it to be just that. |

Am the only one here that has a detective kind of mind?

You aren't the only one with an inquisitive mind, my problem with it is that he made the same mistake Michael Hutchence did.
It doesn't negate all of the great things he's done in life, but it's still dumb to play those kinds of "games."

Yeah, I wouldn't be caught dead playing them!
Darkness falls across the land The midnite hour is close at hand Creatures crawl in search of blood To terrorize yawls neighbourhood And whosoever shall be found Without the soul for getting down Must stand and face the hounds of hell And rot inside a corpses shell The foulest stench is in the air The funk of forty thousand years And grizzy ghouls from every tomb Are closing in to seal your doom And though you fight to stay alive Your body starts to shiver For no mere mortal can resist The evil of the thriller |
