Thanks for the appreciative comments!  GhoulishDelight, I ended up using 4 doors on each side of the endless hallway, one in front of the intersecting hallway, and three beyond.  For the infinite effect, I just did exactly what they do in the attraction; put a mirror at the end, and a bunch of scrim-like material in-between.

Here's an image of part of that side hall; I had to add it in to try and mask some weird reflections I was getting from the pepper's ghost illusion.  To the left you can see the light source that illuminates the the face of the candelabra; that door is usually open and hidden when it's in show-mode.

Unfortunately I don't haven't taken any good shots of the model showing the real scale, but here are a couple under normal lighting on a table top-

This one you can begin to see how the pepper's ghost is incorporated; the sheet of glass runs down one of the lines of the cobweb in the flooring.  It's basically the reason why I designed it that way; to hide the glass.  works well enough.

These two are taken from a camera phone, so I apologize for the quality.  Also, it's a bit embarrassing to show the mess that occurs above the sight-lines.  I haven't quite permanently attached everything yet.  Always adjusting!  You can also see the 'ghost' on the left, shrouded in bubble wrap. It also shows the plate of glass she is reflected in.

Chandeliers, wires, painter's tapes, scrims...hot mess. If people don't see it, it doesn't exist!
