I just posted something similar over in the "Original vs. Post-Refurb" thread, but I thought this would be a good spot to share my thoughts as well...

The attic the only room in the entire mansion where we see photographs of actual people (Constance and her husbands); all other depictions in the mansion are either caricature-style paintings or photos of caricature-style animatronics. I also think they tried too hard to make Constance look realistic.  Leota Toombs was made up in such a way that she doesn't look natural as Leota, and the wild mane of hair helps her blend with the cartoonish cast of HM... To successfully blend with the established and well-loved feel of the attraction, I think Constance needs to either be a three-dimensional animatronic in the style of the birthday gal in the ballroom, the graveyard opera singer, etc., or a projection of a CG character, also rendered in the same aforementioned style...  Over at Long Forgotten, they seem to think we're only going to see more of Constance coming down the pike... That the stretching portrait of the elderly woman on the tombstone is Constance in her old age (as stated by Constance Sorrow)... If this is the case, I'd like to see the Constances in the wedding pictures progressively age until we reach the ghost of Constance looking much like the elderly woman in the stretching room....

Over all, I guess I feel like Constance lacks the sense of whimsy that each other room and inhabitant has... even the dark ones.
