Karl, to put it bluntly, you're out of luck here. There are settings in Photoshop to blow something up the best way possible (I know the settings in Gimp, but not Photoshop), but the results of the settings are quite minor. Basically, you will only get a good blow up if the source picture is of a high resolution. These images are not of a very high resolution, so no matter what, to use these images will produce ugly, blotchy blown up pics. To yield a better image from the photos above, you would have to locate high resolution copies of the picture. Sorry, bud.
