I wonder how popular the Winnie the pooh attraction really is?  With the elimination of the Country Bear attraction, a big part of the reason for calling the place "Critter Country" has disappeared.  I'm thinking a Halloween Town themed area might work in that area might not be so bad when you consider its proximity to the HM.  I'm also wondering if it might be an idea to consider (considering how Disney refuses to promote "Song of the South") with a villain themed "Bald Mountain" ride.  The Winnie the Pooh attraction could be ripped out (with a stake drive through its heart-Muah-ha-ha-ha-ha!) and replaced with a ride based on Jacks "slay" ride.  The Hungry Bear could then be re-themed to the Haunted attraction you're thinking about. If "Epic Mickey" proves to be phenomenally successful, and with the continuing popularity of NBC, and should the new HM film become successful, the truth is the HM could actually be the gateway to an exciting new land in Disneyland, themed on Disney villains and such.
