Popup Ghost Posts: 40 (10/14/08 21:27:00) Foolish Mortal Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts Report Post	Tags : None I don't know about you guys, but I received this orange mailer a few weeks ago (with Goofy in the front of it), and it allows one person to get a 1 Day Park Hopper ticket to the Disneyland Resort. It expires on the 18th of December, so my mom, my little cousin and me are planning on going before the mailer expires. We've never eaten at the Blue Bayou and my mom though this would be a good time to try it out. I've made servations for the 13th of December at 1:00 P.M. I'm not completely sure what I'm going to wear, so if any one wants to meet up let me know. I've grown very fond of this forum, and while I don't post often, I do come and check out the posts often (I just sometimes feel like I can't add to what is being said here). The atmosphere here is more than "hauntingly delightful," it's very comfortable. I have you all in my minds. Keep me posted. Strange but very cool for you. I will have just come back from Disneyworld on December 12th and will be staying at the Grand California through the 15th. I would love to meet up with some fellow enthusiasts! I tried making reservations for the Blue Bayou and they were booked. I guess I should keep calling.......... Anywho........... Would love to meet up with you and anyone else who may show up. Jenn

It is great the way the POTC ride goes right through the restaurant! Also the food is very good! The last time I ate there was at the one at EuroDisney and the food there was quite delicious! We actually were able to walk in there which is unheard of here in the U.S. Niffer, did you try getting ressies for off hours? Perhaps you can eat a late or early lunch? I hope you manage to get in!

The food is outstanding! And yes Great atmosphere. I have been able to walk in at the Anaheim Blue Bayou. If you have a small party of 2-4 they may make an exception. The time I did walk in was for a late lunch........ I believe around 2-3pm. I will try calling again. If not I will try a walk up attempt again.

I did that last time and after a few extra minutes of waiting I was able to have a seat near the railing. I just wish my camera was able to take night photos. The atmosphere is so lovely in there I would love to have a whole bunch of photos inside the Blue Bayou as a memory!

My mother said we would have to postpone our trip. But niffer if you want my reservation let me know, I'll cancel and you can call right after that to see if yon can get the chance to eat at my time. I am sorry that you will have to postpone your visit to Dl. Is it possible for you to go by yourself? I have no idea how old you are. If you are not able to go by the end date for the offer, it will just mean that you will have an even more fun and exciting time, when you will be able to go for certain. I do not see any good reason for your not being able to give your p.s. to another. It will not hurt to ask the Disney Dining Cast Member that you speak with: 1-714-781-3463 I do recommend The Blue Bayou. It is called priority seating, that one calls for. It is not a reservation, but rather priority over walk ups. If one arrives at least 20 minutes before their p.s. there is a most excellent chance to be able to be seated waterside. This request cannot be honored by phone. It must be requested at time of check in.
