Hong Kong Disney is getting site-specific attractions based on existing ones here in the states -- for example, instead of Haunted Mansion, they'll be getting the Mystical Manor, where a curse is released inside the house and all manner of supernatural things occur.

Uhhh.. i'm not toooo crazy for the idea but it's ok. I always thought they should done something more oriental like how Phantom Manor mixed basically Phantom of the Opera and Haunted Mansion together and look how great that turned out. I "vision" for the HM in HK was that to have a similar storyline to Phantom Manor yet replace the more western wedding customs with more asian/chinese traditions such a wedding tea ceremony, chinese wedding gown,....... personally i think this idea with attract more mainland china citizens but watever. I guess the mystic manor is ok because at least if they wanted a NBC overlay they could do it.Trust me they LOVE NBC in hong kong.

Plus, with the TDL-style "Pooh" cars, it will be innovative. And with the re-theming, they could add it to DCA, and maybe even WDW or DLP as well.
